They did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. I had to depend on that because the gift was for my granddaughters birthday which was 5 business days away. I was informed when loveivy shipped the locket, the USPS sent me an e-mail giving me the opportunity to correct the address if necessary, the gift arrived on time and my granddaughter loved it.
